Sausage and Bacon Sandwich with Ballymaloe Relish

Ingredients

A little olive oil
Good quality white bread roll/bap
Free range sausages
Free range bacon
A little butter
2 tsp Ballymaloe Original Relish

Method

Sizzle the sausages and rashers in a frying pan until cooked through. Butter the bread and add a dollop of Ballymaloe Relish to both sides and assemble your scrumptious sausage and rasher sandwich!
