Homemade sausages with Ballymaloe Country Relish
Ballymaloe Country Relish is delicious with all sausages. Here is a recipe for Ballymaloe homemade sausages which can be used as a canape, or as part of a main meal.
Mix together all the ingredients and season well. Fry a little of the mixture in a hot pan with some olive oil, if it tastes bland add a little more salt. Roll into sausage shapes and cook on a hot pan with a little olive oil, turning as required until they are cooked through (about 10 minutes). Serve with Ballymaloe Country Relish.
