Grilled chicken, Jalapeno, Cheddar and Salad Open Sandwich

Open sandwich on sourdough with grilled chicken, Ballymaloe jalapeno relish, cheddar and salad

Ingredients

(Serves 2)

1 cooked chicken breast

2 handfuls of your favourite salad leaves

2tbsp Ballymaloe Jalapeno

Sliced mature cheddar

2 slices sourdough bread

 

Method

Cook the chicken on a griddle pan,you can use leftover roast chicken instead if you have some. Spread Ballymaloe Jalapeno on both pieces of sourdough. To assemble top each piece of sourdough with slices of mature cheddar, slices of griddled chicken and few salad leaves.
