Ingredients

2 slices of Balllymaloe Glazed Ham
Mature cheddar cheese, sliced
2 Slices country white loaf or wholemeal
Salad leaves ( butterhead, rocket, chard, cos or your favourite)
A little butter or mayonnaise
Ballymaloe Relish

Method

This sandwich with Ballymaloe home baked glazed ham, cheddar and relish is a classic combination. Butter one piece of bread and spread the second piece with relish. To assemble top the buttered bread with salad leaves, the Ballymaloe glazed ham, slices of cheddar and top with Ballymaloe relish, enjoy!
